Blindsided Book

I've already got a book out, and it sells poorly. E-Book do even worse. You may very well be in a copyright infringement
situation, "drawing heavily" is the key word. 2003 is a ZetaTalk statement, as NOWHERE else is this claim made! I have an
arrangement with a publisher, and you are infringing on HIM too. So you can't proceed, frankly, without a lawsuit and damage
to me. Inevitably, one will ask why 2003 and get pointed to ZetaTalk. You can't avoid this. So it comes down to me and
ZetaTalk speaking to the issue, and we are very accessible to the media, etc., and get out there (sci.astro, Sightings) and
take the head. YOU should not be the focus of attention, especially by using copyrighted material. Remove ZetaTalk from your
book (this includes 2003), and what do you have?
