Subject: prep question

I have read many of the post and one could make a full time job
daily out of reading and studying this topic, my question is this:
If one does not have the money to build a concrete dome shelter, or
has relatives that have one, freinds that have one, ect...... What
can one do and where can they go to seek shelter for their family?
I realize that making the move early should take place, but what
should be some early signs that it's taking place? Survival skills
is not an area that I am lacking, but this whole planet business is
new to me, so besides devoting five hours a day to reading the info
over the net, and that would be conservative, what is one to do to
get "good" information?
