Subject: Maybe Safe Haven

Hello All, My family & I have been studying the maps where, hopefully,
a good degree of safety from potential earthquakes, flooding, nuclear
fallout & volcanic ash. We feel blessed with our good fortune, we
live in northeastern South Dakota. We're about 20 minutes west of
Bowns Lake, MN & about an hour south of Fargo. We're farmers, corn,
soybeans, cattle, wheat & a few other crops & livestock. We have just
over 2,400 acres of land that has been in our family for four
generations. We've discussed what to do with our land to make ready
for the eventuality of Planet X. What we have come up with is a plan
to make available to those that are interested, sub-plots of 50'x40',
to homestead for your families future. We would expect all that are
interested to be able to plant at least two sustainable crop rows on
your plot, for the benefit and sharing of all. Our water supply here
should be fine for all that come for maybe 5 to 6 years we guess. We
have several deep sistern wells that we have used for decades for
crop irrigation, and if one doesn't mind the slight odor or rust
tinge that exists in this water, it is quite drinkable and has an
abundance of minerals. We are going to start selling these plots
starting in early May of this year. We have only so many plots to
offer. Each plot will be $395.00 and the family has decided
that all who wish to purchase a plot will pay their money to our
bank, which will hold these funds in a seperate, interest bearing
account. In the event Planet X does not do the damage as foretold, we will
instruct our bank to return each plot's funds back to the purchaser
in June 2003. If this event does take place, we will then use the
sum of the plot sales for the purchase of survival supplies, seeds,
grains and other necessary items. The only pre-purchased items we think
we will have to use will be for portable lavatories. We will buy one
for each twelve survivor residents. For those of you that areinterested, feel
free to get in touch thru this e mail post. We hope we never have to
see you here, but if we do, good fellowship shall reign.
