hello to all,

i am a new member. i have many questions. i am not
sold on the idea about this planet x thing but i do
find it extremely interesting and, of course,
frightening. how sure are you people on this idea?
do many of you believe it without doubt now or are
you, too, still skeptical. i know that in the early
80's the ny times had an article on what they called
the possible 10th planet to our solar system. they
never stated that it was or even that it was a planet
or even that it was in orbit in our solar system.
just that something existed and it was probably very
large. i am a senior in high school. i assume most
of the members are adults and at least 25 or so. i
will be attending rutgers next year. why tell you
this?? well i am concerned that if this is true it
will strike at the very beginning of may next year and
at that time i will just be finishing up finals. the
question is will i finish before the big event or not?
i think that i will probably have a clue to whether
or not this will all happen some weeks perhaps months
before. if X is as large as it is supposed to be then
shouldn't we see some very noticeable earth changes??
and i believe i read somewhere that we should be able
to see it in the sky. i also don't have the means to
prepare properly, as i do not have access to large
areas for storage and money money money. i did some
reading and the ozarks sounded like a nice place to
stay. its a wooded area and has lots of flowing
water/rivers. so there's the water supply. but what
about food and shelter. food seems more important
because you could live outside, even if it will be
quite cold. anybody have any input\comments?

how bad do you think things are going to be? what are
your plans?

here is a link, even though most of you probably know
about it

http://xfacts.com/x1.htm

do you people plan on surviving alone or as a
group....personally i think that if everybody from a
certain region met up they could have a nice small
community, everybody could work together and stuff.
maybe its too idealistic but you never know. the
more the merrier right?? its scary to think that only
2365 people are a part of the yahoo group. i mean
that's a lot for a yahoo group but come on....how many
people know about this possibility, and of those, how
many are actually taking action or even doing
research. most probably just shrugged it off. i can
understand why but i like to explore possibilities and
i am a science nerd and i love space stuff.

another question i had was do you people think that
the 90% that are expected to die will die immediately
or months after? i understand that at the shores or
volcanoes people will die quickly but what about
central america or places away from water? i just
don't see how that many people could die from 100 foot
tall wave. maybe i'm just nieve/stupid. but whatever
the case is, i don't want to be in denial of this
possibility.

hope to talk to you all,

ryan
