expect attendees from sci.astro asking followup questions.

only one set of questions like this, and not sure it's related, but lets put
this FIRST as I've been accused (as usual) of all manner of subterfuge and want
to put this to rest.

What is your source for all this information?
(NancyL) 2. What would I need
to see the 12th planet (high power telescope, binoculars, etc..).

3. When searching the sky what charactistics do I look for to let me know I have
identified this new planet?
(NancyL) ZT: The question was posed to Nancy, as
to HER source, which is ourselves.
(NancyL) ZT: This has been explained,
repeatedly, as is well documented on the ZetaTalk web site.
(NancyL) ZT:
Nancy is a contactee, who has volunteered to be a communicator during these
troubled times.
(NancyL) ZT: She volunteered before birth, her spirit
volunteering, and has had no problems during this incarnation with her
mission.
(NancyL) ZT: To enhance her ability to understand the concepts we
are presenting, she allowed herself to be modified in her late 20's with a bit
of our brain tissue, DNA compatible with hers, which allows her to better
receive our telepathic communications.
(NancyL) ZT: The portion of her brain
thus modified affects ONLY telepathic communications, so Nancy is otherwise
herself.
(NancyL) ZT: As her telepathic communication center was enhanced,
she also began to receive more communications from her fellow humans during this
time, which she became aware of.
(NancyL) ZT: As she did not allow herself to
realize that she was a contactee until her mid-50's, this put some 3 decades of
enhanced telepathic communications with humans into her consciousness, BEFORE
she realized why this came about.
(NancyL) ZT: As her source, we have
provided what soon became known as ZetaTalk, of world reknown.

The information relayed by us is sometimes foreign to Nancy, sometimes
familiar.

changes, but not the date.

ZetaTalk, as 2003, a surprise to HER as well as others.

this as a surprise to her so that she could function normally in the world she

something not planned by Nancy, as she simply relays what we communicate and, as

this is correct or not, and having put her life and livelihood at risk, she just

We have addressed this before, but will briefly list them: courage, the ability
to stand up to STS methods, absolutely, and a track record in this regard that
allowed us to trust her with this mission.

satisfied our expectations.
(NancyL) ZT: Regarding why humans should trust
ZetaTalk, when so many other channels or claims are speaking at odds with
it.
(NancyL) ZT: As we mentioned during the last chat, we predict, and our
predictions can be tracked.

cannot be determined to be anything but disinformation or hot air.

doing so, or your mother, or your government?

determine THAT? You balance what is being said against what you know, and make a
determination.
(NancyL) ZT: In the case of ourselves, via ZetaTalk, you must
do the same.

communication with our subconscious and our soul is a key here I

(NancyL) ZT: In regarding trust, between STO team members vs a
religion.
(DraganR) So it is like religion, trust with your heart or not.
(NancyL) ZT: Nancy is not RELIGIOUS in her trust, or ours in hers. We have
known each other for many incarnations, and have a long track record with each
other.
(DraganR) Me neither bur just using as an example.
(NancyL) ZT:
Religions ask for faith WITHOUT any basis, demand it, often, and thus have less
basis for trust than between team members.
(Zetapal) Isn't there an inner
witness that testifies to truth in those that seek it?If the info is valid there
is something inside that "goes off"?

Zetas and Nancy have lived in other places together in the universe?

(NancyL) ZT: Regarding "inner truth", you are here referring to what your
SOUL knows, from the many incarnations.

The soul is also privy to more information than the body it is incarnated in, as
it can have soul-to-soul chats with another, and recognize STS vs STO easily due
to this.
(Klotw)I would assume many are here for the same reason, we just
don't know it yet.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, when humans describe a "gut feeling",
they are giving credence to this wider knowledge, not knowing its
source.

(NancyL) 2. What would I need to see the 12th
planet (high power telescope, binoculars, etc).
(DavidS) So you, Zetas and
Nancy have lived in other places together in other places in the universe?

(NancyL) David, I'm terran only, so on Earth only.
(NancyL) ZT: At
present the 12th Planet, aka Planet X, is almost as tiny as Pluto while
reflecting less light.
(NancyL) ZT: In size, it is larger than Pluto as it is
surrounded by a halo of dust and swirling moons.
(NancyL) ZT: But due to its
size and primarily the dim light currently emitted and arriving at your eye, you
need a LOT of help in seeing this inbound planet.
(NancyL) ZT: We have stated
that until mid-2002 you should go to your local observatory to see the
12th.
(NancyL) ZT: This is because observatories enhance visibilty in a
number of ways.
(NancyL) ZT: 1. they are positioned for good visibility,
excluding light pollution and clouds.
(NancyL) ZT: 2. they enhance this
visibility by long tubes, which take in ONLY the light from the part of the sky
scanned.
(NancyL) ZT: 3. they increase the visibility of this portion of sky
by magnifying, which means every pixel is increased to be several
pixels.
(NancyL) ZT: 4. they can take images, have the equipment available,
that are of better quality than less expensive equipment.
(NancyL) ZT: 5. in
many cases they have infrared equipment, or filtering equipment, that would
allow them to screen FOR infrared or red spectrum light.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus,
until Mid-2002, astronomers or those determined to look for themselves will not
have much luck.
(Kiko) Seeing the 12th: I've noticed that some newer video
cameras have so called nightshot options. These are basically infrared to visual
light converters. Are these good enough to help in 12th observation (I know some
IR to visual converter only work on short distances)?
(NancyL) ZT: Between
that date and the 7 week prior to the shift period when ALL will be able to see
the 12th, with or without scopes, there will be gradual increase such that
amateurs will begin to see it.
(NancyL) ZT: Until we reach that date, we will
hold off on the details, as giving too much ammunition to the enemy allows them
to arm themselves against this information.
(NancyL) ZT: Amateurs will not be
kept waiting, as we will provide the information and specs in time, for THEM, to
succeed.

the Telos?

be looking at us during the passage and will there be any attempts to make
contact with us even though quarantined by the Council?

they say. Per the last chat, you must provide their PREDICTIONS and ACCURACY
before taking my time.
(Kiko) I've noticed that some video cameras have a so
called nightshot option, which is basically infrared to visual light converter.
Can this be used to shot 12th?
(NancyL) Perhaps they are bull
shit.
(SteveH) Kiko, I don't think any video camera could see the 12th, IR or
not...
(NancyL) Zetapal, no, as is outlined in ZetaTalk. They watch the light
show, but have no plans to come to Earth, for sure.

this a swamp.

will they debunk this when amateurs start seeing it

cameras will be taking plenty of shots of the 12th during the last weeks, but
tend to take in ALL the light in the area.
(DPW) Aren't Dolphins extremely
conscious as well as telepathic?
(NancyL) ZT: Observatories are positioned
where they are, and use those long tubes, to screen OUT, else light pollution
makes it impossible to see much at all.

(NancyL) 3. When searching the sky what
charactistics do I look for to let me know I have identified this new planet?
(NancyL) ZT: As the 12th approaches, the key characteristic to look for will
be the redish glow.
(DPW) Well, then I am surprised you haven't heard of the
Telos with such of your animals.
(NancyL) ZT: This will at first be called a
nova, with whatever nova characteristic would give a reddish
appearance.
(NancyL) ZT: However, novas don't move, nor last long, so the
fact that this one continues, and MOVES, will cause other explanations to be
forthcoming.
(DPW) You could also call them the CETACEANS Nancy.
(NancyL)
ZT: When the 12th passes, it will take on the appearance that the ancients
described as a fire dragon in the sky.
(NancyL) ZT: The swirling moons create
a tail, of sorts.
(NancyL) ZT: We have also explained, in the Red Cross piece
in ZetaTalk, that due to the manner in which the human eye receives light, it
will take on the appearance of a cross, as the ancients also
recorded.
(NancyL) ZT: This is not unlike looking at the stars, or squinting
at bright lights, when it is easy to make them appear as a cross.

ZT: Thus, the most distinguishing characteristic is the reddish appearance,
fairly unique in the sky.
(NancyL) ZT: Second, it moves, in accordance with
our coordinates.
(NancyL) ZT: Third, it will GROW in size, while
moving.
(NancyL) ZT: Fourth, it will be accompanied by Earth changes, quakes
and activating volcanoes, so that the two cannot be separated in most
minds.

AFTERTIME
(NancyL) 1. The Zetas advise to avoid the enclaves of the elite as
the cataclysms near. Aside from the obvious (military bases, offers of work from
the elite, etc.), can the Zetas give any advice regarding how to avoid the elite
when choosing a survival site?
(NancyL) ZT: We have advised NOT clinging to
the establishment, regardless of any offers they may make, as the pole shift
approaches.
(NancyL) ZT: We have advised that they will make offers of
employment, to the recently unemployed, with the plan to make slaves of those
accepting these offers.
(NancyL) ZT: We have advised that moving or remaining
next to military bases, or cities with a heavy load of government workers
employed there, is to be avoided.
(NancyL) ZT: We have advised that there are
certain known locales in the US where a carry-on government is KNOWN to be
established.
(NancyL) ZT: Beyond these obvious factors, what else is a clue
that the establishment is setting a trap?
(NancyL) ZT: When disasters strike,
it is normal for disaster relief to be provided.
(NancyL) ZT: This is in the
form of moving residents aside, out of harms way, and into schools or churches
where blankets and cots and hot soup are provided.
(NancyL) ZT: Tents may be
erected for temporary shelter.
(NancyL) ZT: But going into the pole shift,
this disaster relief will take a different form.
(NancyL) ZT: They will
suggest moving groups of the displaced AWAY from their homeland, and into cities
or barracks prepared for them.
(NancyL) ZT: It is this change which should
raise suspicions.
(NancyL) ZT: Next, watch the movements of the elite, where
they are buying land and building enclaves.
(NancyL) ZT: This is not so much
a secret, as the locals note this full well, and if they are moving INTO your
locale, move OUT.
(NancyL) ZT: These will not be good neighbors, nor will
they change their ways and begin to care about others when times get
tight.
(NancyL) ZT: A third factor will be the pleasantness of the
locale.
(NancyL) ZT: In spite of coastlines and mountains being somewhat
dangerous, these are PLEASANT places to live in.
(NancyL) ZT: The elite will
be loath to move to the safest locations, away from large cities or the coast,
and will try to stike a compromise.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, you will find them NOT
moving to the grim places, out in the rural areas, amid the cows and
farmers.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, such places are relatively SAFE for
you!

STS/STO separation in 2002. Won't STS take advantage of STO communities if they
will be next to each other, like parts of town, as you said?

Within a town or city, the STS will continue to take advantage, as they do
today.
(DPW) Would the carry-on Establishment be FEMA, which isn't actually
U.S. Gov't as they claim to be?
(NancyL) ZT: This is why we advise to NOT be
in a city, as these games will take some time to run their course, until the STS
find themselves out of luck, and in the meantime the STO may not survive
either.
(NancyL) ZT: The best approach is to move to rural areas, where the
STS are least likely to go as the pickings are not good.

they need slaves, to do what?
(NancyL) ZT: The STS prefer rich enclaves,
first, then cities where there are MANY families and stores to loot.

ZT: Least of all, rural areas, especially as the going will be on
foot.
(NancyL) ZT: Those caught in towns, with STS, had best keep a low
profile, and next ally with other STO to do bait and switch.
(NancyL) ZT: By
this we mean set the STS up, leading them to believe they are about to pounce on
STO to loot and toy with them, but they find themselves trapped in a basement,
with no way out.
(NancyL) ZT: Bear in mind that trapping a looter, who
intends you no service, and giving him what he planned to give YOU, is not
cruel, it is Karmic justice.

absent-minded car accidents, mishandled orders in stores and restaurants, and
other scattered and confused behavior. I'm reminded of Scallion's remarks about
growing emotional disturbances as the earth changes draw near. Is this in fact
the case - that the advent of PS2003 is increasingly reflected among part of the
populace in awareness issues?
(Tanivan) An eye for an eye.

Many humans are clearly aware of what is coming, in their subconscious, all the
while denying this on the surface in their conscious.
(NancyL) ZT: There is a
great gap between what the common man senses, and sees about him, and what the
government is willing to talk about.
(NancyL) ZT: As the weather changes,
there is LESS talk of the extreme nature of the weather patterns and where this
might be leading.
(NancyL) ZT: Summer in winter and winter in summer? There
is only discussion about variations from the past, as though this were just
another day, not an EXTREME pattern.

coastlines? There is no talk of how much property will shortly be swollowed up,
and what the insurance companies will do when they go bankrupt.

Melting poles and glaciers? This is talked about as though just another odd day
in the weather pattern, NOT projected as to where this might be leading nor to
cause.
(NancyL) ZT: Meanwhile, as during past years when the media could only
talk about a Presidents Oval Office escapade, we are now treated only to nightly
coverage of where Bin Laden might be hiding.

becomes increasingly uneasy, as they sense something LARGER than the weather or
melting polar ice.

least subconsciously, of what this might mean.

with life as many contactees must, daily. Living two lives, and trying to act as
though this were normal.

being called odd, so stay silent.

increasingly distracting, and lead one to make mistakes on the job or
elsewhere.

absentmindedness are on the increase.

will envy the dead" and considering that as the Zetas have said the human body

doorway) as valid an alternative choice for an individual as survival at all
costs?

safe of their dependents, children or others in poor health or needing them, who
will need ADVICE.
(NancyL) ZT: What to eat, where to go, how to distill the
water to avoid lead poisoning, where to get Vitamin C, and what to expect over
the next few months?

hills or remain along the rivers where fish abound?

rebuild a shelter or plan a houseboat to accomodate the rising
water?

is the obvious choice?
