(NancyL) ZT: There are some elements of the US government who long
for this means of eliminating unwanted human baggage.
(NancyL) ZT: There are
also many countries, industrialized as well as Third World, who are closely
watching this play out, as they also would like to use such a
solution.
(NancyL) ZT: However, the complications today outweigh the
rewards:

a broad segment of society, the innoculations might afflict the families and
loved ones of the elite, or the elite themselves. Being able to steer the public
to certain innoculation batches is difficult.

(NancyL) ZT: 2. The virus in the
innoculations intended to infect and disable the unwanted segment of the public
can escape, be passed from person to person, and like AIDs and Ebola, get out of
hand.

illness would overwhelm the public health system, and take too many workers out
of the work force, causing discomfort to the elite who rely on the wheels of
commerce going on as before for their wealth and comfort.

those contenplating this get too many arguments thrown at them everytime they
suggest it, and the matter gets endlessly deferred to the future.

ZT: By the time that the pole shift is upon these elite power mongers, there
will not be time to muster such an operation.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, it is
unlikely to occur, except in isolated settings where the elite are fearful of
panic and demands, and nothing more is to be gained from the public to be
poisoned by innoculations.
(NancyL) ZT: The key to look for is a great press
by the government or administering body to TAKE the innoculations, and the
setting where the public has grown restless and demanding, with the pole shift
just around the corner.

Would the Zetas recommend that we get certain inoculations before the shift --
for instance to prepare for bad water and contagious diseases spread by dead
bodies?
(NancyL) ZT: At this time, innoculations should be considered safe.
Gulf War syndrom was a deliberate test, the poisons and germs not present in the
general innoculations given to the public. Thus, follow the advice of doctors,
and your own common sense. They are as safe as they were last year, or a decade
ago, etc.

(NancyL) - During the rotation stoppage, how hot will the air get on
the day side of the Earth?
(NancyL) - Will the sweeping tail tail cause
travel problems ahead of the shift, or be a safety concern?
(Tessa) Yes,
exactly these are my questions. Thank you.
(NancyL) ZT: Fokelore stands as a
guide as to what can be expected during the hours preceding the shift, and the
shift itself.
(NancyL) ZT: Of course, folklore only relays information from
SURVIVORS, not those who died during these moments.
(NancyL) ZT: The tail of
the 12th Planet streams outward from the Sun, pushed there by the solar wind.
Thus, it does not sweep the Earth until the 12th Planet is positioned between
the Earth and Sun, a short moment in time.
(NancyL) ZT: During the time of
the Jewish Exodus, it was reported that Moses was able to turn the waters of the
Nile red, with his staff. Of course, this was the red dust in the tail doing
this, but having been forwarned that the moment was upon them, Moses took
advantage.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, one can see from folklore that the tail dusting
was in effect at least a few hours before the shift.
(NancyL) ZT: The tail
sweep includes first the red dust, most likely to be in a cloud around the tail,
then heavier gravel, then lastly boulders.
(NancyL) ZT: Gravel is defined in
folklore as hail stones, which can injure homes and humans and animals alike
caught under such a deluge.
(NancyL) ZT: Boulders cannot be defended against,
but are rare. Like a meteor dropping from the sky, should one land upon you,
your next incarnation is at hand!
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, dusting with red dust
should be considered a WARNING to take cover, under metal or sod roof
structures, out of the wind. The shift cannot be more than a few hours
away.
(NancyL) ZT: During the week of rotation stoppage, the normal heating
and cooling that occurs during rotation stops.
(NancyL) ZT: This means that
the day side of the Earth warms up without cooling, and likewise the night side
cools down without warning up under sunlight the next day.
(NancyL) ZT: Where
does this lead, in a week? Will one side of the Earth cook, while the other
freezes?
(NancyL) ZT: Folklore likewise tells mankind that such a situation
does not occur, as there are survivors, and these survivors do NOT relay such
problems.
(NancyL) ZT: In fact, due to the atmosphere moving about, hot air
rising and cool air dropping, as usual, there IS exchange of heat and cold, even
without rotation.

in the day side will find it may be as hot as a very hot summer day, but no
worse, and those in the night side may find they need to break out the blankets
and turn on the furnace or start a fire, as in winter, but no worse than

however, that red dust will precede the shift, and time scale is, in less than 5
hours, say, rather than, say 24 hours or later?
(Tessa) Thanks so far. Will
the sweeping of the comets tail end BEFORE the actual shift?
(S7L) So that
this red dust will be a rather urgent warning to get to shelter NOW.
(NancyL)
ZT: The dusting with red dust occurs LESS than 24 hours, and most likely less
than 12 hours.
(S7L) This answers my question.
(NancyL) ZT: This depends
upon a number of factors, including how well the dust drops through the
atmosphere to be deposited on land where the very first evidence will be closely
watched for and thus observed.
(NancyL) ZT: In one location, the first sign
of dust may be 18 hours ahead of the shift, and all run in panic to shelters. In
another location, dust may not be noticed until heavy, perhaps 6 hours ahead of
the shift, a good time to head for the shelters in any case.

(S7L) Where can be the first sign of dust be best observed?
(S7L) For
instance, can you see it best in water, or over ground or in some place like
over a white plastic surface.

from red dust prior to the shift, to hail stones just ahead of the shift. Thus,
the public will scarsely notice the lack of red dust, which has not stopped but
been displaced by more bothersome debris.

stones are dropping, few will be noticing the dust, but will be running for
cover.
(NancyL) ZT: Just as well, as the shift is upon them!

(Jsss) What size hailstone should we build a
shelter against?
(Jsss) If I may ask
(NancyL) ZT: The red dust is more
distinct when in water, which reflects light so that the coloring can be clearly
seen. However, any white cloth can give evidence of this. Folklore reports red
rivers and the like, as this was the DRAMATIC result of dust which otherwise
fell between stones or blew into crevices, unnoticed.

(Tessa) Alright. Are there any plans among the elite/governments to turn
off nuclear power plants a few weeks/days before the PS so as to spare the
survivors radioactive poisoning? So to speak a little accomodation in the
end?
(Tessa) The last rest of honesty?
(NancyL) ZT: The hail stones are
carried in the tail, being attracted by gravity to the traveling 12th Planet but
unless close to the planet being torn away during its travels.

Tessa: Please wait with questions that aren't related with the current one,
things will get too messy otherwise :-)
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, the hail stones
are momentary passengers, unlike the dust which has a magnetic reason for being
attached, or the boulders which are like small moons and have a gravity
interaction ongoing.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, a normal roof would protect from the
hail stones, which will be like the hail experienced during violent windstorms,
where hail of ice falls and ruins crops.

ZT: Among those in power, which are primarily the industrialized giants and the
economic giants including those in the banking system, this is often
discussed.
(NancyL) ZT: Should the governments come clean, at the last
minute, and tell the public what is about to occur? If so, what is the moment to
do so? An hour ahead, a week?

This is a heated subject, with anyone seeming too sympathetic with the public
being harshly warned not to leak information, and an occasional accidental death
announced grimly as a reminder that this enforcement can and is easily
used.
(NancyL) ZT: As the earlier agreements between the US and the former
Russian indicate, deactivating nuclear bombs has been in process for some
time.
(NancyL) ZT: The public is not told just how far this has gone, so the
deterent still exists. It is far beyond the schedule announced, as neither
country wants to see itself poisoned by what it keeps in its bed.

ZT: Power plants are another matter, as to turn them off or deactivate them
would be a clear clue to a watching public that something was amis!
(NancyL)
ZT: Thus, this step can be expected only after rotation has stopped, in the week
prior to the shift.
(NancyL) ZT: The public should prepare for panic in the
administration, such that this might get overlooked. The turn-off plans are
known to many, and access to these plants afforded to a number of individuals,
such that no single individual is key to deactivating a nuclear power
plant.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, bringing this subject up when it is clear the shift
is approaching, to those in government in a broad setting so many ears can hear
the concerns, will be the best insurance that this DOES occur.
(NancyL) ZT:
Countries outside the inner circle of knowlege about the coming shift are
reacting at present to weather and crop problems as they have in the past.
(NancyL) ZT: Police are mustered to keep riots down, so starvation proceeds
quietly.
(NancyL) ZT: Should they learn that the Earth will undergo the
changes it will, those in power can be expected to react as they do today to
situations threatening themselves or the public they are responsible
for.
(NancyL) ZT: In countries where caring concern exists, such as the
Scandinavian countries, it could be expected that announcements close to the
truth are made to the public.
(NancyL) ZT: The public would move inland, and
be supportive of each other, in the main, with little rioting.
(NancyL) ZT:
In countries where the elite deal harshly with the public, living in great
weathly while misery lies just outside their doors, a coverup can be assumed to
occur.
(NancyL) ZT: Where such wealthy elite learn of coming changes, they
will think first of themselves, and flee if this is called for, to safety, or
stock up and batten down against demands from the starving public.

ZT: In those countries where disinformation and denial are in place, such as in
the US where the warming core of the Earth, increasing earthquakes, and crop
shortages are simply not discussed in the news nor admitted to, this status quo
can be expected to continue.
(NancyL) ZT: Any facts and figures that would
alert or alarm the public will kept from the DIRECT or MAINSTREAM news, but will
be allowed on the Internet or back page news.
(NancyL) ZT: The reason for
this seeming contradiction is that the powers that be, the controling elite,
feel that unless some steps to prepare for survival are taken, the elite
themselves would not have a serf or working class to rule.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus,
honesty in government is in keeping with their current stance, and unlikely to
change in the months and days going into the shift.

Follow-up questions?
(S7L) How far-spread is the knowledge about the approach
of X in the various governments in the world? You mentioned not all of the
governments are aware. How is this knowledge distributed on the globe
currently?
(JustaGuy) Can you name some of the "accidental" deaths - people
who wanted to leak info?
(Jurian) IF any of the power plants survive the
shift, will they be brought back online, if possible, so 'civilization' can
start to rebuild itself, around these plants, or will they all be destroyed, or
unable to be maintained?
(Jonnie) So much info has been given to us about the
pending earth change. The last days (hrs.) so on. Why haven't we been given the
technology to see this through? Surely you must have it. Is it not wrong not to
intervene?
(NancyL) ZT: Re accidental deaths, Bill Cooper is a recent
example. He warned about innocuation plans, in the past, and this brought a
quick knee-jerk reaction. He was out and about with a gun in his hand, having
sensed this was about to occur. Thus, his "arrest" resulted in his
death.
(NancyL) ZT: Re how many governments are aware of the approach of a
shift. Few. A half dozen are in the loop, with another dozen suspecting but not
told.
(NancyL) ZT: This is of course not a change from the status quo among
governments. In the past, economic conspiracies would exist, be suspected, but
never proven.
(NancyL) ZT: The CIA, working for the US as a democracy, has
destroyed and brought down many fledgling demoncracies, elected
governments.
(NancyL) ZT: This is known, was known, yet the CIA never called
to account. Those countries outside of the inner circle have been there all
along, so suspecting yet another conspiracy of silence is not something they
would loudly proclaim.
(NancyL) ZT: They have long since learned to live with
this situation, and understand that more information is learned from those
closely holding their tongues, who can be trusted to do so.
(NancyL) ZT:
Thus, the industrialized giants - the US, Britain, France, Germany, Russia, and
Japan are in the know.
(NancyL) ZT: Countries suspecting are those
surrounding these - Canada, Mexico, the EU.
(NancyL) ZT: Those watching
nervously as the US treats global warming as a nonentity to be dismissed, while
the weather howls, include the rest - China, Africa, Australia, and South
America.

and what will be the earth's tilt after the shift?

(NancyL) ZT: Nuclear power plants will not be reactivated, due to
disruption of the mechanisms during the shift. Few are constructed to withstand
earthquakes, few placed on fault lines for this reason.
(NancyL) ZT: For
those who expect rescue, technology to help survivors, this is simply not in the
cards.
(Jurian) Ok, that answered my question :-)

successfull will the ruling elite be in regaining power after the
poleshift?
(NancyL) ZT: As we have explained in existing ZetaTalk, your
incarnation is a learning experience, and the pole shift considered no more
sever than a tornado or hurricane or forest fire or disease.
(NancyL) ZT: You
have these today, afflicting you and your neighbors. Do you rescue them, or
desert them?
(NancyL) ZT: Do you receive help from benign space brothers
today? You are expected to help EACH OTHER, and thus grow spiritually, and learn
to challenge those who would take advantage of you.
(NancyL) ZT: Consider
this the opportunity it is, as rescue will not occur for those demanding
it.

(S7L) I must agree the lesson to learn help
one other is a tough one, though obvious. But we drift from the main course here
...
(NancyL) ZT: The new calendar will be established after the shift, with
scarsely anyone taking notice. This will not be dissimilar to what you have
today. Be patient, and it will be an exercise to pass the long dark days and
nights. It does take some time to establish itself, a few years in fact, so is
not immediately determined.

(NancyL) ZT: The elite will
maintain control for only a limited period of time. Their enclaves will in fact
become a hell, something they least expect.
(NancyL) ZT: Imagine what their
armed milita will think, once they realize there will be no court to rule, no
police to catch them, and no laws being enforced.
(S7L) How many such elite
groups are there to be expected?
(NancyL) ZT: The first thought is to take
from those they were hired to guard, steal and rape and loot. When there is no
punishment, as there seldom will be, this will increase until only the strong
survive.
(NancyL) ZT: At this point the story plays out with merry looting
going on without planning for the future, until one night there is nothing to
eat or keep warm with, and death results.
(NancyL) ZT: Those in the
Service-to-Self do not plan well, nor cooperate with each other, and meet their
demise when plungering no longer sustains them.
