impromptu question which I and the Zetas addressed, but the new policy will be
to ignore all questions outside of the agenda, as this is bypassing the process
and unfair to others.

Passage, into a short story suitable for a magazine series too, and copyrighted

(NancyL) 1. Can the Zetas track an
individual questioner, his/her thoughts also, from the question, or just the
thoughts of Nancy?

their Emissary, can they be reached at any time to her?

really select the questions to be answered or Nancy does that?

Telepathy is both specific and general.
(NancyL) ZT: As someone who has
telepathic ability can tell you, it can also be voluntary or visited upon
one.
(NancyL) ZT: We will use the analogy of a radio, which can be tuned to
various radio frequencies or turned off entirely.
(NancyL) ZT: A radio also
requires a broadcasting station, from which many radios as receivers can
listen.
(NancyL) ZT: Radio waves go long distances, as do the brain waves
responsible for what humans call telepathy.
(NancyL) ZT: If someone with
telepathy ability can receive, theoretically, from ALL broadcasting brains, how
to the receiving brain sort it all out, and not get overwhelmed?
(NancyL) ZT:
The receiving brains are in essence busy with their own business, so the
incoming is treated as noise in the main.
(NancyL) ZT: Where the incoming
strikes a cord with the receiving brain, such as a familiar scene or mutual
concerns, the receiving brain may decide to listen.
(NancyL) ZT: When this
occurs, it is as though the dial on the radio were being turned, and the volumn
turned up likewise.
(NancyL) ZT: The receiver concentrates on the inbound
signals, not allowing itself to be distracted by internal concerns of the self.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, a telepathic person in listening mode may seem
distracted, though other functions can proceed.
(NancyL) ZT: In tune with the
inbound message, the receiver's heart will beat in tune with the sender, and
their brain be activated in similar places, so they are acting as much as
possible as a SINGLE BRAIN.
(NancyL) ZT: During these modes, it is possible
for the receiver to start sending, as they are in sync, on the same wave length,
so to speak.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, to answer the question, we are in tune with
ALL present at this IRC session, your thoughts, as well as Nancy.

ZT: Likewise, Nancy has to do no more than THINK a request for a conference and
one is in process, as both of us can converse while doing our normal daily
tasks.
(NancyL) ZT: There is no need for a physical proximity, only a syncing
of the thoughts.
(NancyL) ZT: In that there is this merging, how can the
public be sure it is not NANCY rather than ourselves, who are
answering?
(NancyL) ZT: We step back during NancyTalk, and she gives us this
stage during ZetaTalk, but in between she and we converse with the normal open
discourse we are very accustomed to.

we, and we both are comfortable with blunt talk. So when we say we are reporting
ZetaTalk to you, this is EXACTLY what it is.

she will sometimes correct, having put forth a word or phrase that does not
carry our intent, as we OBJECT, when this occurs.

high degree, telepathy is something your DNA supports.

holding your breath, to increase Carbon Dioxide levels, helps, which is why the
Hindus prefer mountain tops for meditation.

to trust your senses, if you THINK you are in contact, rather than reject them
as silly thoughts, can help you make full use of what ability you
have.
(NancyL) ZT: Practice with some friends, and compare what you received
with what they have sent or written down, to gain confidence.

aware that only a small segment of humankind can utilize telepathy to any
degree. A small percentage of the population HAS an occasional telepathic
experience, rare, sometimes once in a lifetime.

percentage, a smaller yet percentage, perhaps only 2% of the whole population,
have any ability that they can muster at will.

after the shift due to what they will term a setback.

say, they will feel they have lost over a century of progress, no longer having

This does not affect their ability to LIVE, except in those cases where life is
being maintained with artificial supports, such as breathing machines or kidney

Third World countries today, most of the population busy growing or gathering
food, with a few in the trades or professions.

secured from burning wood, coal, and oils from animals or vegetation, or falling

not unbearable due to acute frustration.

frustration among those who have lived a soft life while merrily polluting the
globe, will be short lived.

the situation, or blow a fuse, or be put out of their misery by others around
them tired of hearing the whining.

Service-to-Other groups, where isolated from the possibility of takeover by
Service-to-Self groups, will receive technology assistance from ourselves and
other visitors participating in the Transformation.

surviving group, intent on being Service-to-Other and perhaps functioning in the
main in that orientation, link up with this?
(NancyL) ZT: 1. If a group has
as their mission to assist the general population, saving whom they can from the
devastated cities, or working in camps that the rich may put up to garner
slaves, this technology will not be provided.

seem cruel or insensitive, this does NOT assist the Transformation, but becomes
a slow death for the turnover of the planet to those in the
Service-to-Others.

Service-to-Other, or isolated by natural barrier such as water or mountains or
deserts such that travel TO the local is limited or virtually impossible by
migrating survivors, they are highly likely to be guided to where and when they
can receive assistance.

their subconscious, and FOLLOW this, when unlikely suggestions are
received.
(NancyL) ZT: Be open to change, as moving the group may be
required.
(NancyL) ZT: 3. If a group is open to communication with aliens,
visitors from other worlds, and hybrids, and would not experience high anxiety,
they are likewise more likely to receive interaction.

possible to simply find a black box battery, unopenably, on your door step,
without this open attitude.
(NancyL) ZT: However, no technology will be given
if anxiety and fear will be greatly increased by this, so having an open heart
and mind, not being fearful, is likewise key.

to assist power needs will likely be in the form of a battery. Thus, where a
group has all BUT the power input, this can be hooked up and away they go, off
and running.

when you are off the grid.

OUT the power you assume now from your fresh car or cart or boat battery, no
more no less.

use them, and they might cause serious injury.

What countries are planning Martial Law at this time?

there so many militia information sources negative about the NWO?

ZT: Martial Law is a device that cuts both ways, so will not be used lightly by
those in power, and only if they feel they have no other recourse.

ZT: The threat of Martial Law is tossed about a great deal, as it seems an
obvious trend given the nervousness of governments and the power they hold in
wielding their military.
(NancyL) ZT: But this conclusion assumes the status
quo to be continuing. In other words, adequate food for the troops, and
stability elsewhere.
(NancyL) ZT: Martial Law can be quickly wielded to quell
a riot, or quarantine disease, and is accepted by the populace.

In these cases, the troops consider that their OWN families are being protected
by these acts, and go along with the orders.

prevented from spreading to family and friends, or at least the soldier comforts
himself that should such a riot spring up in his neighborhood, the same means of

soldier be, if starvation were rampant, news of this coming from home, and the
soldier asked to protect the rich and powerful from demands from the
starving?
(NancyL) ZT: The willingness of the soldier to go along with this
erodes, rapidly. Especially if it is apparent that the government, the elite,
have NOT been open and honest about what is besetting mankind.

Desertions would occur, erosion of the troops such that the generals soon find
they have left their posts, leaving the defenses vulnerable.

military knows this, discusses this, endlessly. They have great history to
examine.
(NancyL) ZT: The common phrase that an army marches on its stomach
is a clue. This is kNOWN. One cannot fight an effective battle unless the troops
are heartened, and feel that there is a general advantage to
continuing.
(NancyL) ZT: Only groups of thugs operate solely for themselves,
and these are not what the military accepts in its ranks.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus,
Martial Law will be utilized only as a last resort, often dropped as soon as
possible thereafter, and we anticipate only in those countries where the rich
strong-arm the poor TODAY.

change from their status quo, in essence no Martial Law being
enforced.
(NancyL) ZT: We anticipate, rather than a Martial Law setup, that
troops will be sent home just ahead of the shift, to be with their
families.
(NancyL) ZT: In this way, they will be disbanded, less of a threat,
and more likely to assist their families than run as gangs.

anticipate that the rich and powerful will go into enclaves, with immense stores
of goods, with armed guards often gathered from the miliary.

These will not prove to be a good setting, however, and will become the worst
hell for those expecting to be protected and live well behind locked
doors.
(NancyL) ZT: Thus, Martial Law will become a reality ONLY for those
rich enclaves, where the strongest and most ruthless will rule.
